User:Good Afternoon Dr....Im having a lot of pain in my stomach
User:For last 3-4 days
User:Im unable to understand what to do....not able to work
Doctor:Can you describe the location of pain - is it above the umbilicus or below/on the right side or left side?
User:below the umbelicus...on right side...and persistent
Doctor:Can you describe the type of pain - is it crampy in nature or like a dull ache?
User:Dull and nagging pain......but very uncomfortable
Doctor:Do you have fever or vomiting along with this pain?
User:No vomiting or fever Doctor....what do you suggest? Im losing in my work.....

Doctor:Right lower abdomen pain is associated with multiple causes.
Doctor:The most common of those is appendicitis.
