User:I am suffering from kidney stone .
User:Please sugget..
Doctor:Since when you are suffering?
Doctor:May I know the symptoms and investigations done if any?
User:since last 2 month .. already done lithotripsy last month ..
User:acute pain in lower abdomen, still exist .
Doctor:Was any repeat ultrasound done after lithotripsy?
User:yse, it shows around 8-9 mm stone still there in bladder.
User:what is the proper remedy ? do i need to go for operation again ?
Doctor:Repeat lithotripsy may help you as the size of stone is small.
Doctor:It might pass in urine after breaking down.
User:is it safe to do lithotripsy in bladder also ? earlier the stone is in kidney..
Doctor:But, I feel the your Nephrologist will give you more specific advise.
User:my doctor advice for some medicine, which he says will be affective and stone will pass with urine very soon .
User:acute pain in lower abdomen, vomiting, mild fever is what affecting my daily works now.
Doctor:You can take painkillers like Diclofenac for pain as needed.
Doctor:Drink plenty of water.
Doctor:Rest follow your treating doctor's advise for proper management.
User:my doc is advising Tab Spasmodart, Dynapress now.
Doctor:You con continue the same.
User:is there any restriction for daily food habit ?
Doctor:There are some food items which are better avoided in case of renal stones.

Doctor:They are sweet potatoes rhubarb, black tea, spinach, chocolate, beets, etc.
Doctor:Please avoid these.
Doctor:Make sure you drink enough water per day.
