User:i had a query....
User:i very often have a headache
User:and feel lack of sleep
Doctor:Yes, lack of sleep can trigger headaches and vice versa.

User:it makes me feel tired and i lose my concentration
User:last 1 week
Doctor:Is is aching continuously or is it intermittent?
Doctor:Do you have any symptoms associated with it - such as nausea, vomiting, body aches, fever, nasal congestion, rashes, etc?
Doctor:Have you had similar symptoms in the past?
User:yeah at times but i took a disprin

Doctor:Persistent headaches lasting for about a week is not very common. However it can occur in a few conditions like
Doctor:infection, refractory error or with hypertensive crisis.
User:so what should i do
Doctor:You will need a detailed evaluation - blood tests, eye check and blood pressure check to understand the cause.
Doctor:hence i suggest you to consult a local doctor and get the aforementioned tests.

Doctor:1. Tab. Dolo 650mg three times a day after food.
Doctor:2. Use moisol eye drops twice or thrice a day.
Doctor:3. Rest adequately.
