User:the headache is more towards the ends of the forehead
Doctor:What you seem to be suffering from is tension headache
Doctor:There are a few things that you need to do
Doctor:first, you need to wear your glasses
Doctor:secondly, try and destress
User:oh, do i need to wear it full time?
Doctor:You should be wearing them atleast when you work on the computer or read something
Doctor:Preferably full time
Doctor:Yoga and meditation will help you destress
Doctor:Even pranyama is very good
Doctor:When the headache is very severe, you can take tablet disprin 1 tablet with food
Doctor:Upto 4 times a day
Doctor:But main treatment remains destressing'
User:had disprine yesterday and went to bed, however the headache is there since the time i woke up in morning
Doctor:Its a treatment that you take only when you have the headache
Doctor:IT will not treat the headache permanently
User:would wearing glasses full time affect the power permanantly?
Doctor:Its more like a temporary solutipon
Doctor:it will not
User:oh, ok
Doctor:Wearing your prescription glasses will only help
User:ok, thanks
User:can you also help me with one more problem
Doctor:But destressing is the only long term solution
Doctor:Yeah sure
Doctor:go ahead
User:i have a problem with my stomach on a regular basis, stomach is unstable
User:even when i have only home food
Doctor:An unstable stomach means that you have nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea?
User:no nausea or vomiting and not severe diarrhoea but yes the motion is not usual but semi solid
Doctor:What are your meal timings?
User:i had undergone a multiple fistula surgery around 1.5 Yr back,
User:have breakfast by 8.30 AM , lunch by 1.30 and dinner at around 9.30
Doctor:You were treated for fistulas in the anus?
User:before that i used to have constipation but post that there is no constipation but stomach becomes loose quite often
Doctor:This surgery is not related to your stomach issues
Doctor:as they usually dont remove a large part of the intestine in this surgery
Doctor:Did you have any episode of diarrhoea, fever or abdominal pain in the middle?
User:oh ok, but sometimes am not able to control the bowel movements also, i have to rush to the washroom
User:no pain
Doctor:There are 2 posssibilities
User:but even when i have home food and cautious diet, even then i have the problem
Doctor:One is amoebiasis
Doctor:Which is a long term, persistent problem which needs to be treated
Doctor:Second is stress
Doctor:They can co-exist or can be individually responsible
Doctor:treatment of amoebiasis usually involves metronidazole
Doctor:This is a prescription drug and I would suggest you see a local practitioner who can prescribe the same to you
User:oh ok, will cojsult, is it a medicine course or would be one time dosage
Doctor:It would be a course for about 1 week
Doctor:You'll be fine
Doctor:in a few days
Doctor:But dont discontinue the course in the middle
Doctor:The organism will not be taken care off otherwise
User:is there any specific food i need to take/avoid in general?
Doctor:Just outside food
Doctor:Take anything at home

Doctor:Like every 3-4 hours
Doctor:eat something small
User:ok thanks a lot for your advise
User:i do get fatiqueed every day by evening , guess its all linked then...
Doctor:It could also be due to anaemia
Doctor:Its very common in young women
Doctor:I would suggest that you get a complete blood count
Doctor:That will help us decide the appropriate treatment
User:ok will do, what is the normal haemoglobin count ?
User:last time i checked it was 11.9
Doctor:Thats good enough actually
User:about 4 months ago
Doctor:We're looking at anywhere between 12-14
User:will get it checked again mow

Doctor:how many glasses
User:its cold out here at Bangalore so have more of tea's
Doctor:Make a note of this
User:10 glasses approx
Doctor:The fatigue can be due to dehydration
Doctor:If you have little water and too much of tea,
Doctor:there is a very good chance of getting dehydrated
Doctor:Atleast 12-16 glasses in a day
Doctor:2-3 cups tea
User:do you advice against tea? coz am addicted to it have around 5 cups a day
User:that is something i need to conciously work to
Doctor:try and limit to 2-3 cups
Doctor:Substitute it with XXXXXXX tea
Doctor:Its healthier

Doctor:Is there any other concern I can answer?
User:oh yes just one more question right now.... do you advise taking calcium or some supplement ( i am now 30 Yr),
