User:i am facing some hair fall problem...
User:on an acerage more than 120 hair falls...approx

Doctor:Hair fall above 120 strands in a day is not normal.
Doctor:However hair fall is caused by multiple reasons and they need to be treated.
Doctor:Perhaps it could be salinity of water. It can also be an improper food. It can be dandruff.
Doctor:Or it can be telogen effluvium triggered by stress.
Doctor:The last one that I mentioned is a temporary situation and that will improve as you settle down/
Doctor:So the most important thing is to remain stress free.
Doctor:Besides that, use good antidandruff shampoo such as nizoral.
Doctor:And see if you feel better.

Doctor:Among diet, avoid fasting.
Doctor:Add lots of high protein and high vitamin/mineral rich diet. Therefore egg, non vegetarian diet, cereals and pulses.
Doctor:Add root vegetables such as potato, radish, carrot, beet root and others.
Doctor:You can also take tab. biotin forte one tablet a day for added supplements.
