User:hi Doctor
User:I'm XXXXXXX and I'm 35 yaers
User:I'm having cold and slight fever from yesterday
User:I also have sore throat
User:I went for cycling yesterday and there was some rain. I had the sore throat from the previous night
User:yesterday I had 2 tablets of crocin and also levocitirzine 2 tab, one yesterday night and one today morning
User:also heavy headness, slight body pain and headache. the fever comes down with the crocin
Doctor:Are you able to swallow food?
User:I'm also tring out with steam inhaltions with carvol taking the precautions.
Doctor:Do you have continuous fever?
User:yes. The throat seems to be fine if I drink hot water
User:not continuous. it comes down after I take crocin.

Doctor:The symptoms you describe represent upper respiratory tract infection.
Doctor:The usual cause is virus.
Doctor:Here the symptoms resolve spontaneously.
Doctor:I suggest you to wait for coupe of days before seeing your doctor.
Doctor:You can continue crocin tablets for fever, headache and body aches.
Doctor:you can take atleast three times a day if needed.
Doctor:In addition continue levocetrizine at night.
Doctor:Take steam inhalation also.
Doctor:if sorethroat is bothersome, you can try salt water gargles and throat lozenges like strepsil.
Doctor:If fever worsens or if the sorethroat worsens, you will need antibiotics like azithromycin.
