User:I have experienced little blood in my stool from past 2 days
User:I am facing bit of constipation issue
User:I have searched on internet for external piles and examined myself
User:but that doesnt seems to be an issue..
User:I cant see and feel any cut or injury

User:I am consuming very little food now days
User:with gymming
User:just to cut down the extra fat
User:so change in the diet plan has just affected my natural bowels cycle,I guess

Doctor:Blood in stool occur due to various problems. Some of which are benign and some serious.
Doctor:The most common cause is tears in the rectal or anal mucosa
Doctor:which is described as fissures in medical terms.
Doctor:This occur as a result of hard stool during constipation.
Doctor:You may also have lower rectal pain while passing stool or just some kind of discomfort at the anal region.
Doctor:if you have such pain, then you will need a per rectal examination and warm seitz bath.
Doctor:If no such pain is present, drink plenty of water and take lot of fibre in your diet
Doctor:to prevent hard stools.
Doctor:You may take some stool softeners like Syp. Lactulose for a few days if you wish.
Doctor:Most likely the bloody stool should disappear soon with the above changes/treatment.

User:but how can I get to know its not Piles ,any self examination
Doctor:Piles or hemorrhoids are diagnosed by a per rectal examination by a qualified surgeon.
Doctor:Symptomwise, this is generally a chronic problem.
Doctor:I mean the symptoms are persisting/recurring since some time.
Doctor:One will have severe pain while passing stool.
Doctor:One can occasionally be able to feel a mass at the anal margin while trying to pass stool.
