User:my friend is having a heat burns in face
User:and have dry skin and oily face
Doctor:are you talking about a sunburn? or did he get burns from some other source

User:is this due to reduced water intake?
Doctor:A sunburn occurs due to excessive exposure to the sun in people with sensitive skin
Doctor:For the sunburn, he can take tablet disprin 325 mg dissolved in water if he has pain
Doctor:Also, taking equal parts of cold milk and water and apply on face
Doctor:aloe vera gel applied on the face will also help
Doctor:Further, he needs to take a bath with cold water, but ice should not be applied on the face
Doctor:He should also drink plenty of water and stay away from the sun
Doctor:For his face, he can use Cetaphil face wash
Doctor:That should take care of the skin
Doctor:He should also use a broad spectrum sunblock when he steps out
