User:i have a stiff lower back
User:and pains by EOD
User:by the time we leave for home from office
User:& in morning when i get up the ankels also get very stiff & pain

Doctor:Muscular aches which are the most common cause of back aches is now a days frequently seen in young men especially tuned to sedentary/computer based jobs.
Doctor:However occurrence of stiffness and limited movements along with the pain is concerning.
Doctor:It needs to be evaluated further.
Doctor:It is essential that we make sure you are not dealing with arthritis per se.
Doctor:In such case, I usually request for investigations like complete blood count, ESR, C-RP and X-ray of back to start with.
Doctor:This off course is done after detailed clinical examination.
Doctor:Hence my opinion is that you need to be investigated further through an orthopedician.
