User :   i was playing with my dog yesterday on the bed. I was lying flat on my back then went to push myself up with my feet and jump, you know just playing around. When i came back down, my foot hit something at the foot of the bed, and it hurt in my chest! Now my chest is hurting badly all the time, mostly when i cough or move really quickly, what could i have done?
