User:Hello Doctor. good afternoon.
Doctor:Good afternoon. How can I help you today?
User:Actually I want to speak to the Urology specialist.
Doctor:Actually a urologist is not available on chat. I am a general physician and I can help you within my expertise.
User:the thing is. I am 28 yr old boy. getting married this month. I have observed phimosis in me and I do not know what to do?
Doctor:Phimosis is a common problem and the treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms.
User:What is the cure for it?
Doctor:It is a day-surgery performed routinely in hospitals by surgeons.
User:but any side effects of circumcision?
Doctor:Actually it is very safe surgery and usually no side effects are reported.
Doctor:Sometimes wound infection, bleeding etc may be reported.
Doctor:Do you have any questions here?
User:you said that is a small surgery. but i have read thru internet that it ma lead in loss of sensation.
Doctor:So I was telling that the surgery is safe
Doctor:Some side-effects have been reported and happen due error or are normal side-effects of surgery
User:again some more problems like, loss of pleasure. and moreover uncircumcised male satisfy women more than circumcised male
User:thats what I was asking what are the XXXXXXX side effects of the surgery?
Doctor:The usual side-effects will be bleeding from the wound after surgery or a wound infection.
Doctor:Mostly as the wound heels, these side-effects go away.
User:How much time does it take to completely heal an wound?
User:after surgery.
Doctor:Usually a lot of difference is seen in a week but complete healing may take 2-3 weeks.
Doctor:The person is able to do routine duties right after the surgery.
User:how soon one can resume his s** life?
Doctor:Whenever the wound is better- usually in a week
User:and importantly, is there any chance of bleeding once the wound is completely healed.
Doctor:As the wound heals, blood vessels also heal.
User:OK. I even read that, there are chances of complete loss of sensation as most of the tissues lie in prepuse which is basically removed in circumcission.
Doctor:There are very less chances of it.
Doctor:Prepuce is just a skin
Doctor:In some religions circumcision is routinely done on babies.
Doctor:There are more chances of an injury to adjacent skin.
User:what kind of skin?
User:apart from circumcission any other way to get rid of this?
Doctor:If the phimosis is mild and is not having symptoms like cracks etc then it can be safely observed, other wise circumcision is the only safe option.
Doctor:The phimosis has some dreaded complications like paraphimosis
Doctor:In this the blood supply to the shaft of the penis is blocked.
User:yes once i have observed paraphimosis.
Doctor:So circumcision is the way to go.
User:The prepuse got locked behing XXXXXXX and this led to swallowing of the skin.
Doctor:I know it is painful
User:yes. very painful.
Doctor:Circumcision is the way to go
User:do you know any good surgeon in XXXXXXX for doing the surgery?
Doctor:Actually I am not aware of doctors in XXXXXXX
Doctor:Our customer care team can help you with it
User:how expensive it would be?
Doctor:Or you can search the doctors from the following link
