Hi
Hello Doctor
Are you sure, that the lesions mentioned are freckles ?
yes Doctor
May i know ur age ? and how long have u had them ?
I am 36 now
may i know your complexion ?
since 10 years, I am wheatish
and the site you have them ?
on my nose and cheeks
freckles are not any form of skin disease. They occur, due to normal skin production of melanin, specifically on exposure to sunlight
Upon exposure to the sun, freckles appear, on any exposed skin
the best way to prevent them, is to avoid exposure of the skin to sunlight
and use Sunscreens with Sun protection factors (SPFs)
how do I get those spots which are already quite visible on my face ?
Some best sunscreens include Neutrogena Suncreen , or LOTUS SUNSREEN WITH SPF 60
once exposure to sun is reduced, the freckles can fade away themselves
ok
thanks Doctor
for the time being, you can also use creams containing Kojic acid and Hydroquinone
These products can help lighten freckles if they are applied consistently over a period of months
but they are most effective in combination with sun avoidance and sun protection.
ok
other options include laser therapy or Intense pulsed light treatment, which are expensive
but does it have any good result ?
yes, if done by a experienced doctor, laser surgery can help
oooppss - no surgery
i mean, laser therapy
if there are any option done without any cuts - it should be fine
creams like CLEARZ can be used to fade up such freckles , as mentioned earlier
all the options suggested are without any surgery
cryosurgery, as the name suggests, uses cold therapy ( frozen nitrogen ) to remove the darkened spots
and is not actually a surgery
since your spots are just based , localised, use of creams, as suggested, above might be used for sometime before trying other options
I hope u have followed my suggestions
sure Doctor
thanks
You are very welcome
