User:i have a severe sore throat
User:for last 1 month, off and on
Doctor:How long does it last?
Doctor:What is your age, city that you stay and occupation?
User:almost the whole day
Doctor:Do you have fever / body pain associated with the sore throat?
Doctor:Can you answer my queries to be able to understand the problem better
User:usually in the evening, but not always

User:we usually sits in the AC whole day
Doctor:Did you check if you are adequately hydrated, people working in AC environs skip drinking good amount of water
Doctor:Dehydration is the perfect cause for recurrent sore throats
User:i drink 1-1.5 liter in the office timings 10 - 6.30
Doctor:Do you have joint pains / difficulty swallowing / difficulty breathing?
Doctor:Do you have dental issues blood in the gums??
User:it comes once a week while brushing the teeth
