User :   I am facing menstrual problem wherein i got my periods on 24 th Feb and again i got it on 7th march and post that till date i am getting a bit of spotting everyday kindly advise

Doctor :   it is a hormonal change which happens sometimes and then gets normal

Doctor :   stress, thyroid , anemia , vaginal infections,hormonal pills , medicines , etc can all cause an imbalance
