User :   yeah... mid part of my head am losing hair...

User :   i got thin hair... just keeps fallin like after bath...or combing it...
Doctor :   Pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia). the time of growth shortens, and the hairs are not as thick or sturdy.

Doctor :   With each growth cycle, the hairs become rooted more superficially and more easily fall out. Heredity likely plays a key role. A history of androgenetic alopecia on either side of your family increases your risk of balding.

Doctor :   Having inadequate protein or iron in your diet or poor nourishment in other ways can cause you to experience hair loss.

User :   yeah... but i think some treatment for dandruff or even hair fall wil help me a lot... so can ya suggest me somthin...
Doctor :   Minoxidil & Finasteride are the most likely modality of treatment but lot will depend on your Nutrition and the stress that you are undergoing since you would need to avoid them..
Doctor :   Soybeans are useful as they contain large amounts of vitamin E and iron.
Doctor :   Silica and iron are significant in promoting hair growth and are provided by whole wheat.

Doctor :   Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.

Doctor :   You would need to discuss with the Trichologist the Surgical modalities of treatment too..

Doctor :   Any coconut oil that you have been using thus far will help since the regular changing of brands will not do you any good
