User :   off late when I do a head massage with oil, i can see the hair fallen within my hands

Doctor :   Losing hair 80 to 100 per day is quite normal as process of growth of hair and its dying
User :   but i can see the thickness of the hair has reduced over a period of time

User :   definetly not from my father's side

User :   how do i prevent further hairfall and Strengthen hairs
Doctor :   1) Keep the scalp and hair clean
Doctor :   2) Use a better shampoo and conditioner which are specific for your hair ( oily / dry / Normal )

User :   I do shampoo twice or thrice in a week depending upon whether i am travelling or not
Doctor :   3) Do not go out with wet hair and dry the hair properly with soft towel
User :   i usually use head n shoulders or off late have been using dove
Doctor :   4) Keep the hair short
User :   which i guess is mild
Doctor :   It is not about the brand of shampoo
Doctor :   The hair texture and the choice of different types available
Doctor :   Every brand has varities again like for oily, for dry for normal
User :   i keep scalp clean, also hair short etc
User :   i usually use, hairfall or normal variety
