I had throat infection few days back and i am fine now.
but, i hear rining sound in my right ear now.

while i had throat infection, i had consulted a doctor, he had gave me nasal drops to use.

for couple of days i felt sound is getting blocked, and now i feel ringing sound.

The ringing sensation you have is termed tinnitus in medical terms;
it usually accompanies or follows an ear/upper respiratory infection
another point: there is some white particle in my ear, my wife told me about that
this doesn't worry me, if you do not have any other associated symptoms.

That's right.
Infection can spread from the throat to the ear
and this is responsible for the ringing sensations.
However as you are on treatment for the throat infection, I will not worry if the symptoms is restricted to ringing sensation alone.
As when you are cured of throat/nasal infection
the ringing sensation also would stop.
However if you develop other symptoms like ear ache, ear discharge or hearing difficulties it needs to be checked.
is that white particle in my ear fungus?
The white particle may be a discharge or wax/
Wax may also cause the ringing sensation.
how do i clean it?
You can put DEWAX drops one drop in both the ears two times a day for five days
Current recommendations are against self probing of ear. So as you put drops it softens the wax and is easy for removal by expert
Since the external canal is exposed to dust, it is prone for easy infection. The wax captures the external agents adds more problems
