Doctor:If you are able to tolerate them well, you can add solid diet.
Doctor:Do not eat uncooked or partially cooked food.
Doctor:Warm the food before eating.
Doctor:Avoid spicy diet and beverages.

Doctor:If you eat outside regularly, choose a place / restaurant that maintain proper hygeine.

User:when evere i sit in computer or laptop I feel pain in my lest neck....what to do for that?
Doctor:Perhaps you are not practicing proper ergonomics.
Doctor:This pain that you feel can disappear with rest and some pain killers.
Doctor:However improper ergonomics can repeat the problem or worse lead to more severe problems in future.
Doctor:Therefore practice proper ergonomics.

Doctor:Spondylitis is an inflammatory condition where one has neck stiffness along with pain.
User:even if i take some good load in my bag the left nech start paining
Doctor:If there is no neck stiffness, spondylitis is unlikely.
User:no I dnt have neck stiffness
Doctor:The pain may be related to spondylosis which is a degenerative condition. Improper ergonomics as I described is one of its cause.
Doctor:You will need X-rays of neck to confirm this changes.
Doctor:If you feel the pain is severe and could represent spondylosis, you are advise to get x-rays of the neck done.
Doctor:In the mean time, proper healthy ergonomics and avoid carrying weight.

Doctor:1. Sit straight with feet resting flat.
Doctor:Your table should be parallel at a lower level such that the top of the laptop/desk top is below your eye level.
Doctor:3. Sit with an erect spine.
Doctor:4. Use hand rest.
Doctor:5. The screen should be atleast 25 cm away from your eye.
Doctor:6. Take frequent breaks from typing. Walk for 10 -15 minutes.
