User :   i really really need your help please

User :   i just got my wisdom teeth surgically removed
User :   they were impacted

User :   it has been 6 days after the surgery, and everything is fine...except for the left top gum area in the back is almost completely missing
User :   i dont know what happened, maybe its just swollen,
User :   but alot of tooth is exposed on my back two molars

User :   the second to last molar*sorry for the bad description* is very sory and is turning whiter than my other teeth
User :   what could be wrong with that?
Doctor :   do yu have any swelling of the jaw
User :   well, a little bit. its still kind of tight to open
Doctor :   do yu have any difficulty in opening the mouth
User :   not really...just a little jaw tightness
User :   but i guess thats normal.
User :   im really only concerned with the missing gum tissue and the sore tooth...
