User :   inferior to the right ovary is an elongated tubular structure, devoid of color flow on doppler
Doctor :   Ok
User :   yes but was is the main problem?
User :   what are the complications of these?
User :   what should be done
Doctor :   The cause for the pain as I had mentioned would be the stones.
Doctor :   It can be treated with pain killers and antibiotics.
User :   i have severe symptoms of so many things already
User :   antibiotics does not help
User :   i was hospitalized 5 times already because of very high fever but even they give me antibiotics my fever would not go down
Doctor :   If these conservative measures fail to give the desired result, the stones would have to be removed surgically, either through a open surgery or by an endoscopic measures.
Doctor :   If the infection is persisting inspite of the antibiotic therapy, then next possible treatment option would be surgical removal.
Doctor :   Infection is one among the complications that the gall stones may cause.
Doctor :   The other complications are as I had mentioned earlier.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any other query that I can assist you with?
User :   what kind of surgery should be done?
User :   with my kidney it is also stones?
Doctor :   There shadows that are seen in the right pole may be a stone too,
Doctor :   However since you are asymptomatic that is not of concern.
User :   so the one thats causing my pain is the gallbladder stones?
Doctor :   The surgery would involve removal of stone endoscopically through an ERCP or through open surgical removal of gall bladder or endoscopic removal of gall bladder.
User :   last question in my pap smear it says severe inflammation with reparative changes. prior to that my first pap smear 3 months ago it says shift in vaginal flora suggestive of bacterial vaginosis
Doctor :   Since I have not examined you, my answer are based on the history that you have provided and by the reports and accordinly, yes, the cause for the pain is the gall bladder stones.
Doctor :   The pap smear finding is suggestive probably the changes secondary to an infection.
