User:I have got a jerk in my lower back while wearing the pant, weight came on one leg and it gave a slight noise and there is terrible pain in my lower back
User:what to do?
Doctor:May I know your age ? medical history as such
Doctor:the most likely cause of your pain can be a muscle spasm or strain
Doctor:hence for the time being you can use Crocin tab, 500 mg 3 times a day
User:but it giving heavy pain whilie standing up, walking, changing the side during sleep..what to do
Doctor:In that case, you will need , to take absolute rest for some time, so that the pain can subside
User:But is it same we take in fever?

User:do i need physical examination like MRI etc
Doctor:Are u able to, stand on your leg ?
User:yes, but pain..also able to walk
Doctor:or does it hurt, when you stand ?
User:yes it hurts
Doctor:does the pain, move to the lower leg or does the pain stay in the lower back ?
User:No pain in any of the leg..they are absolutely fine..
Doctor:then, there is no need to worry for that
Doctor:just take a 2 day rest , and try to massage the area
Doctor:apply heat pads, to the area
Doctor:it will help to reduce the pain and also numb the pain
User:ok.and just crocin?
Doctor:apply VOLINI spray, to the area
Doctor:3-4 times
User:ok, i understand
Doctor:the pain should subside in some time
User:i have lay down as much as possible
Doctor:If it does not subside, you will need to consult a ortho doctor, who can prescibe you a muscle relaxant ,
