User:two years ago i got a muscle tear in shoulder muscle
User:since two days back I am again feeling pain in same part of body
User:I am going to Gym on daily basis and doing weights
Doctor:Was shoulder muscle tear due to trauma/injury?
User:I had lifted some heavy weight

User:i had undergone ultar soud therapy at that time and doctor had also given some medicine
User:I amd feeilng pain in same muscle now
User:Is it okay if I excercise as normal
Doctor:If you have pain in the same area now, I would advise you to refrain from heavy exercises till pain subsides.
User:Okay, is there any medicine which will heal the injury to muscle
Doctor:You can use analgesic drugs with muscle relaxants till then.
