User:I am getting a sharp pain and inflammation sensation in the upper and middle stomach from the past three to four days
User:It seems to aggravate when I am hungry
Doctor:It seems like gastritis
Doctor:did you take any medicine for the same?
User:and once i have food it subsides and again starts after an hour or so
User:Hmm I had pan-d yesterday and today morning
User:but then it doesnt give me much relief
Doctor:You most probably have a gastric ulcer
User:What can be done now?
Doctor:You need to take medications continuously for a month
User:Oh ok
User:but before taking the medications can it be diagnosed exactly
User:And how do i do that
Doctor:You need to get a upper gastrointestinal endoscopy done for it
Doctor:a trained surgical gastroenterologist can do this
