User :   A couple days ago a pain in my right side started, it then move to my back where my kidneys are located. since then right after using the restroom i get a pain in my genital area. it feels as though i still have to urinate, and i get a cramping like pain. i don't have a burning sensation at all during of after. i no longer have the back pain though.

User :   ok. do you mean to say that 1 bottle of wter is your entire day's consumption?

User :   if yes, then the present symptoms could be related to less water use
User :   and due to dehydration you get the pain after you pass urine
User :   it can also lead to instances of Kidney stones formation.
User :   ive always been lie that i dont ever realy drink water and these problems a just showing u now

User :   you will need to increase your water consumption to about 10-12 glasses (200ml glass) per day

User :   you will see improvement since you said that there is no burning during passing of urine, so, chances of urine infection is less
User :   drink cranberry juice upto two times a day, it should also help with the pain after urination
User :   if the symptoms persist with these measures even after 3 days, then a urine analysis is recommended.
User :   along with examination of genitals to make sure that there is no local infection present.
User :   ok and since the pain started i have had an increase in clear oderless dischrge from my vagina

User :   yeast infections can lead to itching and discomfort

User :   this has helped a lot i couldnt figure anything out before i was worried somethng more was the problem thank you very much

User :   to identify the infection and start with treatment
User :   continue to have more water intake
