User :   Well sometimes when i am sitting then i can feel a little sting in my hearth (like when i sit downwards with my head so that my stomach and hearth area goes closely together) and also when i exercise my hearthrate goes to like 180-190 in a matter of minutes... like 3 minutes and after like the half exercise i feel weird... a little dizzy and such and hard to breath so i stop exercising and go to shower... where i feel a little weird also because of the thing air, then i go outside and then i get a panic attack (i have a health anxiety) because i feel these little stings in my hearth they last like 1 second and come like 2-3 at a time and then it quits
and well... ive been getting like a huuuge inflammable muscle on my neck and get headaches often because of it... just wondering if there could be a connection or something
anyways now im feeling this slight stings around my hearth area lasting 1-2 seconds and come like 1-3 at a time, and then boom i found a heavy hearth pound and its like the stings went away
pretty weird......
i quit smoking like 2-3 weeks ago also :) if this maybe has anything to do with it
but what can these stings and the hard pound be ?

User :   nope... it only happens when im in the gym
User :   otherwise it is around 100 just normally

User :   on the gym machines you put your hands around some thing while u are running
User :   im in pretty bad shape lol... and its just my second day in the gym for a long time

User :   it only ratiates on that place
User :   just like 1 cm outwards

Doctor :   ok, i would consider it to be the chest muscle ( intercoastals) spasms
User :   i see so it is not something very serious ???
Doctor :   since you have started working out in gym since recent , it is expected

Doctor :   its better to work out in a right way , i mean after a good warm up exercise

Doctor :   and you should take a minimum of a month to shift yourself from regular warm up exercises toi weight exercises

Doctor :   and i would also ask you to check your pulse in a reliable machines as 180 to 1980 is pretty high ( could not be practical )

User :   like i always wake up in deep sleep and feel a little distorted

User :   i also noticed that my mouth feels dirty when i wake up and i feel very tired, first when i just quit smoking i felt great in my mouth when i woke up and such

User :   like a week
User :   maybe 2 weeks
Doctor :   ok, this could be due the anxiety you have
Doctor :   try mind calming exercises like meditation , it will help
User :   ohh i see, i was how do u say... uhh diagnosed yeah diagnosed with severe anxiety
User :   hmm meditation
User :   i have often thought about it but how do u meditate ?
Doctor :   it needs a good coaching
User :   i have pretty much of a health anxiety - im really anxious about hearth attacks and strokes, im just wondering if u get either does it hurt ??? or do u just fall down without noticing any pain... - oh and sorry for asking so many questions at a time
Doctor :   you are very young for such diseases to affect you

Doctor :   work out in a good way , it keeps your body healthy

User :   i recently started drinking this Acai berry juice because its supposed to be so healthy

Doctor :   the diet management is simple , just having low fat , low carbohydrate and high protein food is what called healthy food
User :   hmm but i dont know much about food i mean what kinda food does have that kinda build
Doctor :   and dominating your meals with vegetables and fruits is a good practice
User :   ohh i see thats a great idea :)
Doctor :   And nonvegeterian foods like Fish , pork , chicken are good
Doctor :   Dry nuts like Cashew , Pista , almonds etc are very good sources of proteins

User :   Great great, so this and healthy exercise will decrease chances of any kinda decease right ?

User :   ok great, im also wondering im alot in the pc
User :   can it be damaging

Doctor :   May not to the Brain , but to the spine and eyes

User :   also the inflammable muscle in the neck is something i can do about that ?

User :   but when u say regular warm up exercies u mean something more than jogging and stretching ?
