User :   i had recently gotten my blood test done
User :   the results for the test are as follows
Doctor :   what ws the test , done, and y was it done?
User :   cholesterol 177mg/dl, triglycerides 213.4, HDL 32.3 and LDL 114.1
User :   the test had been done as part of an insurance application

User :   i wud like to know if the results are fine
User :   as per the measure given on the report, it is on the higher side
Doctor :   you have low HDL (NORMAL > 45-50)
User :   but there was no higher premium asked for
User :   is there any diet that i would need to follow
Doctor :   the Triglycerides are a bit high ; other than that, rest of them are within normal
