User :   I have lost my appetite and have a dull ache in my abdominal which is very uncomftable and genuinely feel ill, Why?

User :   Yeah they are fine , the pain is a bit lower of my belly button on right side and the pain seems to get more uncomftable when i breath in or lean forward or move really

Doctor :   Mix a tsp. of ginger juice in a glass of water, squeeze a lemon into it, add salt to taste and drink it
