User :   my mother is having gastrointestinal problem. She was not passing bowel since 3 days. then a local physcian enema to clear bowel. he advised for a CT scan of complete abdomen.
User :   she is 60 yrs

User :   the CT scan report summary is as follows : User :   CT imaging reveals marked circumferential intramural thickening of caecum and ascending colon with luminal distortion and narrowing with perilesional fat stranding possibly mitotic etiology. Small hypodense lesion in liver nature.
User :   please advice what can be the problem ?
