Doctor :   Your son is having features of gastroenteritis.
Doctor :   It is probably viral in nature.
Doctor :   Most often such conditions are self limiting, and subside on its own in a day or two.
User :   ok. do i need to take in immd medicine for this to control stools
Doctor :   However persistent loose stools can lead to dehydration which is a potentially dangerous concern.
Doctor :   Hence oral rehydration therapy is very essential.
Doctor :   You can get ORS powders from any local pharmacy.
User :   in home we had pedialyte
Doctor :   You can dissolve them in a 100ml of water and keep giving him very frequently.

Doctor :   Start of with a single diet, watch if he is tolerating them well,
Doctor :   and slowly add other food products over a period of time.
