User :   I'm having this problem from more than a year

User :   kind tight feeling
User :   I mean, kind of tight feeling in stomach

User :   usually if i have salads/ very less, I wont have

User :   If I have normal meal I do get that kind of feeling and head ache

User :   no, none of them in family have diabetes

User :   eyes are half red almost always, except in the early morning

User :   I used to excercise on weekends

User :   4 months back, they checked the BP, while joining the present Co.

Doctor :   you might have Sinusitis( infection of the sinuses) -

User :   what to i need to do for a permanent cure
User :   fever.. never in past 5 years
Doctor :   drink plenty of water- 2-3 lts per day- it keeps your mucus secretion thinner and easier to drain

User :   I had earlier, got a root canal done, still was not proper, so got it removed
User :   the upper tooth, last one, left side
Doctor :   ok- pls get a dental check up done- as upper tooth infections can spread to your maxiallary sinus( the biggest sinusues)

Doctor :   if you have any other cavities in your upper tooth it might be causiing the problem
Doctor :   if the dentist says it is alright
Doctor :   I would recommend you to see an ENT for a routine check up after that to rule out other causes when you have time
