User :   From last 2-3 days I am having a strange problem

User :   home food usually, but we had brought some sausages and prawns

User :   nothing so far
User :   I have this pain in the left leg which i had some physiotherapy treatment an year ago
User :   I still do those exercise
User :   I generally feel I am weak on the left side even thou I exercise, walk, do yoga etc.

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that you might be suffering with flatulence dyspepsia.

Doctor :   This might be due to irregular food habits, excess tea or coffee, smoking and alcohol.

Doctor :   Also due to consumption of fatty and oily food.

Doctor :   The tik you are hearing would be due to opening of the eustachian tube.
Doctor :   It would be a coincidence with passing of the gas and I feel there is no need to worry.
User :   and if I open my mouth fully and let the burr go, I can avoid the tik
Doctor :   Yes, its possible as the eustachian tube is a connection between the oral cavity and the middle ear cavity.

Doctor :   So when you open your mouth fully then the muscles automatically open the tube without producing the tik sound.
Doctor :   For flatulence dyspepsia you can follow these measures: Doctor :   1. Consume lots of water and fruit juices.
User :   ok doctor... so avoid... alcohol and oily food
Doctor :   2. Consume foods on regular intervals.
User :   Yes
Doctor :   3. Yes, Avoid alcohol, smoking, tea and coffee.
Doctor :   4. Avoid oily and spicy food.
User :   ok... this causes the burr?
Doctor :   5. Follow regular exercises as you are following.
User :   I don't smoke and I have only 1-1 black tea in a day. No coffee...
User :   1-2 black tea
Doctor :   yes, this causes excess production of gastric acid producing gastric irritation and this inturn increases the motility of the stomach sometimes producing this sound.
Doctor :   Ok, you can continue with single cup of tea or coffee.

User :   yes Doctor, any over the counter drug if this happens again?
Doctor :   Yes, You can take GELUSIL syp 2 tsp three times a day, half an hour before food.

User :   a rubber bag
Doctor :   yes, the rubber bag, make sure the temperature of the water is bearable and then apply.
