User :   HI. My husband is 32 years old and has recently found out that his ALT, AST and bilirubin levels are high. An ultrasound was kind of hepatitis A,b or C

User :   He is a little overweight too. CAn you tell me what can cause the high enzyme levels?
Doctor :   does he have any symptoms?
User :   no...nothing
User :   not even pain in his liver

Doctor :   why was the investigation suggested
User :   we had a general check annual

Doctor :   he could have had gall stones
User :   and the ultrasound was a follow up to that
Doctor :   is he alcoholic?
User :   but ut should have shown up in the ultrasound
User :   no...he drinks but hes not an alcoholic
Doctor :   any other medical problems he has or taking any medicine as of now
