User:I have problem with food digestion. Most of the time, I get bloting kind of feeling in my stomach. I used to do regular workout but now, due to office work, my work out has become lil irregular. I just checked my body weight and find it horrible! From 62kgs, I have reached 67Kgs. I started gyming again, but find it hard to shed the extra kgs. Being an extremely fitness freat, I have hit panic state of adding this extra 5kgs! Because of this I'm not able to concentrate on work or things that I want to do. I feel my digestion problem is somehow related to my weight problem as well. Can you please suggest what should I do? I plan to join Yoga. I believe this would help. I need suggestion on my diet, which is currently very irregular. I would be very happy to have a face-to face discussion if possible. Please help.

Doctor:also after lunch walk for atleast 5 to 10 min
User:yes.. I do that as of now
Doctor:drink pudhina juice for immediate digestion and to prevent gas
Doctor:use a raised pillow while sleeping at night
Doctor:drink cold milk early in the morning
User:dinner would be a problem.. I reach home only by 10:30 and have dinner and sleep in half an hour

User:no.. I'm vegetarian
User:sometimes I eat egg white
Doctor:ok that is good, use skimmed milk, and use buttermilk or curd daily
User:I have another question regarding exercising..
Doctor:use ginger in your daily meals too, since ginger, curd and pudhina are good for digestion
User:I run on treadmill for 20 mins at speed of 10KM/hr.. mostly 3 days a week
User:at this age.. is this a good way? sometimes I fear that I might hurt my legs

User:should I slow down and look for other alternatives to lose weight?

Doctor:but 10 km/hr might be too fast
Doctor:you can reduce the speed
Doctor:you can start with suryanamaskaras
Doctor:which is a form of yoga to reduce weight
User:yes.. I started doing the same..
User:started with 5 rounds as of now..

User:doing it slowly..
Doctor:it will take 1 to 3 months time to show effects
User:ok.. My aim is to lose another 10 kgs in 3-4 months..
