hello, im having a chest pain and difficult to breathe..

Doctor :   It is ulcer formation in the Intestinal area which causes these symptoms.
Doctor :   It can be confirmed by Endoscopy.
User :   for example, right now i have a strong burning in the chest, my neck hurts and i feeling very weak
Doctor :   You can take Tablet TUMS twice daily empty stomach and Prisolec 2 tbsp after meals.
Doctor :   2)Do not be empty stomach for more than 3 hours.
User :   but i dont have a stomach hurt
Doctor :   3)Take more of fruits and veggies in diet
Doctor :   4)Reduce oily , spicy food intake
User :   stomachache
Doctor :   It can only be confirmed by investigation.
Doctor :   Sometimes it presents as heaart burn and chest poain
Doctor :   And also weakness.
