User :   I have suffered for the last 3 years with a very small bump in the perirectal area. This tiny bump is excruciatingly itchy and wakes me multiple times at night. When it first starting bothering me, I did some research on the internet and it was suggested to use a mixture of hydrocortizone cream and Nystatin. This completely relieved the itch for about 3 months or so. When the itch came back, I treated it again, and this time the relief lasted about 2 months, then one month, then a couple weeks, and now, nothing seems to work. I even upped the hydrocortizone to 2.5% but to no avail. In the last week, two more tiny bumps have appeared in the same area (about a sixteenth to an eighth inch apart). I am practically ready to tear my anus apart from the itch. Please help!!!
