User :   I am having problems in my groin region. It gets itchy some times

User :   I am presently using prckly heat powder, anabet and tacraz forte cream
User :   I am using them from the last one week
User :   but it still gets itchy

Doctor :   does it start around the genitals?
User :   on the hairy region, just above the genitals

Doctor :   any deviation of the normal color of the skin, like blackening of the skin at the region of the itchiness is what i meant for discoloration

User :   i shaved that region to see if there were any visible marks

Doctor :   after 14 days of using the cream twice daily you need to continue to apply it for the next one month at bed time.

this is to prevent recurrence of the infection

User :   is it infectious? does it spread to other areas if I touch it there and by accident touch my hair?
User :   on other part of the skin
Doctor :   it is infectious but spreads very slowly.

in people suffering from diabetes or HIV it will spread very rapidly
