User:Doctor I feel quite tired and I have weakness..can you prescribe me some medicines
Doctor:If the weakness and tiredness is recent in origin, it can be part of the infection that you currently suffer along with nasal congestion.

User:yes but i am quite vulnerable to cold as I frequently suffer from cold
User:Can you suggest me some nutritional suppliment as I have no apetitite for food
Doctor: XXXXXXX since when do you have the lack of appetite, weakness and tiredness?
Doctor:Any infection is associated with various other prodromol symptoms. Tiredness, weakness, low appetite are all constitutional symptoms of the infection.
Doctor:Once the infection gets resolved, all these constitutional symptom will resolve.
User:I am suffering from these symptoms for about 2-3 years.
Doctor:If you are dealing with these symptoms constantly for 3 years, then you need evaluation.
Doctor:It is unlikely that nutritional supplements will take care of weakness, tiredness and low appetite.
Doctor:you need to be ruling out diabetes, thyroid problems, anemia and other chronic conditions first.
Doctor:if you are quite depressed, the symptoms may also be part of it.
Doctor:You will need to be evaluated for a doctor to dig out the basic problem and correct it.
Doctor:Are you following?
User:so what test should I conduct to see whether i have any of these disesses?
Doctor:You will need blood sugar check, complete hemogram, thyroid function as well as vitamin b12 check as the first set of tests.
