I realized i did not have a blood sugar issue cause i would always go back to normal i have had a blown out knee for 6 months + and i know Injury along with not doing much will cause elevated levels
Ok now for the question my birthday was the 17th and my friend took me out to dinner and all bets where off this was the second time i binged on sugar and carbs
i handled a Gadiva chocolate desert about a half gallon of soda and 2 hours exact later it was like in the 11X
My knee on the 20th snapped louder than ever the swelling is huge for normal people extrem for me and since then i have been in extrem pain . my sugar levels have "spiked" and i would like to know why there getting in the consurn range like i am thinking about taking a quarter of a gliberide i am wondering whats going on with me i am not diabetic especially if i handled that and nothing happened
