Doctor :   Its difficult to predict this, and can only be confirmed by tests.
User :   yes but the country where Im from has maybe 800 cases of hiv positive people in a 6 milion community

Doctor :   If the prevalance of HIV is common in your community, you may ask your friend to get the HIV test done.
Doctor :   Alternatively, you can get the HIV test done yourself, if you are worried you being infected of HIV.

User :   how do you do it actally just give blood?
Doctor :   Depending on when your exposure was, you can either get HIV elisa test or HIV DNA PCR test.
Doctor :   Yes, the test can be done using the blood alone.
