User :   Doctor, Is it OK to have chicken liver ?
Doctor :   If it well cooked and its not spicy you may have them.

User :   Do you approve consuming the following foods?
User :   Shrimps, Chicken liver and heart , dried fish , KFC , goat curry
User :   ignore chicken liver
Doctor :   Its better to avoid sea food.
Doctor :   You should also avoid meat that is not properly cooked.
Doctor :   liver can contain high amount of vitamin A which is usually not recommeded during pregnancy.

Doctor :   Hence it is not recommended too, However, its consumption once in a while is fine.

Doctor :   Fish such as tuna fish, telefish, swordfish, King Mackerel or shark can contain high amount of mercury and needs to be avoided.
