User :   I have a harden lump on my scrotum it doesnt hurt but its there could it be cancer?
Doctor :   HI,
User :   hello
User :   so i have a lump on my srotum is it maybe cancer?
Doctor :   May i know your age and occupation?
User :   19 and labor mostly
Doctor :   Ok. since when do you have the lump?
User :   2 to 3 months
Doctor :   ok,
User :   it doesnt hurt but its just there
Doctor :   Is the swelling over the scrotum or inside the scrotum?
User :   Over its about 2mm big
Doctor :   Is it progressing in the size faster ?
User :   it was big for awhile but now its started to shrink but there is another on smaller below it
User :   One
Doctor :   Ok, if there is regression in the size then the possibilities of it being cancer is less
Doctor :   May i know the color and shape of the lesion?
User :   White/pink and its a ball shape
Doctor :   Is there any color change since its onset?
User :   no
Doctor :   I consider the lesion could probably be a simple folliculitis
Doctor :   which is more common on the scrotal skin
Doctor :   Most of times it is associated with pain rarely can be painless also
User :   ok
Doctor :   since its painless ,i would consider it a self limiting kind
Doctor :   It will regress by its own
User :   so no cancer then could it maybe be herpes
Doctor :   Hepes evolves faster and by this time you would have had more lesions
