Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can i help you
User :   Hi, it's kinda a long story... a couple weeks ago, I started feeling foggy/lightheaded along with sinus issues
User :   I went to the dr last tuesday, and he "quickly" looked at my throat and ears and told me it was a sinus infection
User :   he gave me amox-clav as an antibiotic...
Doctor :   ok
User :   tomorrow is my last day on it... he also told me to take mucinex, which has helped, but i still have the foggy/lightheadedness along with pressure behind my eyes and clogged ears (sometimes a dull ache in my right ear)
Doctor :   What is your age, and area of location
User :   i'm 31,
Doctor :   Well then it may be that your sinuses have not cleared and will need further course of action
Doctor :   do you wear any glasses or a take any medications
Doctor :   apart from the once that you have mentioned
User :   i started taking the mucinex a couple days ago.. it's made my eyes water more and "crusties" in my eyes throughout the day
User :   i wear glasses when i'm at the PC... and no, just those meds
User :   but the pressure in my head makes me strain my eyes throughout the day, then sometimes get a headache around my eyes
Doctor :   I would suggest that you get your ophthalmology examination done since a change in the power of your glasses would also be the cause of the same head ache and the fogginess
Doctor :   I did not understand the Crusts in your eyes
Doctor :   "crusties" ?
User :   the crusts like when you first wake up in the morning, at the corner of my eyes...
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   Is there any redness and itching
User :   because my eyes are watering more, it's causing more of the crusting throughout the day... wasn't sure if that was part of the sinuses
User :   there's a little redness in my right eye... no itching
Doctor :   ok
User :   my main concern is the foggy/lightheadedness and thought about maybe going to a different doctor for a second opinion.. but i didn't want to spend unnecesary money if it's just going to go away on it's own.
Doctor :   It may be Conjunctivitis and there is nothing to worry since it will take time to heal and that's all you might need to apply antibiotic eye ointment to prevent secondary infections
Doctor :   No it may not be needed as you need to just go to the Ophthalmologist for one time that's all
User :   ok
Doctor :   Please fill the feedback form say done when done
Doctor :   Is there any thing else that I could help you with?
User :   done... and no, thank you for your time!
Doctor :   You are Welcome
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting Health care magic. Bye for now. Please refer your friends to our service.
