User : I am female and 20 years of age. I used to take 20mg up to 40mg of fluoxitine for per day for 3 years, but it stopped being as effective. I've now been taking 20mg of citalpram for a month. It made me feel a little better at first but it isn't as effective as it should be. I can no longer orgasm and I found myself slitting my wrists which I have never done before. I am missing lectures and cannot get up in the mornings. I have been axious, paranoid, tired, comfort eating, unmotivated, antisocial and generally miserable. Iv'e tried taking the citalopram at different times and I have been seeing a consellorbut it hasnt helped. I still have both tablets, could I mix them? If not what else should I take? my GP doesn't seem to be much help...
