Doctor :   HI
User :   hi
User :   ok
Doctor :   I think you were talking about certain disease processes in the brain where there is continous oozing of fluid outside
Doctor :   In such cases, removing the fluid shall save life
User :   i just want to know will he recover from it
User :   am very worried
Doctor :   If the fluid reaccumulates then second surgery is needed
Doctor :   What is his age?
User :   32
Doctor :   Can you narrate me the sequence of events that took place?
Doctor :   how did it all start and when?
User :   well he told me that he had sinus problems
User :   and because fluid had accumulated in brain docs were treating him
User :   he got no relief then had ct scan
User :   doctors then advised will operate
User :   he went in for operation
User :   i spoke to him just before
User :   in the morning his relatives told me operation will be done in two days again
User :   and that he is in coma
User :   thats all i know
User :   and by the way he lives in....
Doctor :   Ok, do not worry, the medical science is far advanced to treat intracranial complications of chronic sinusitis
User :   ok
User :   but why would he be in a coma
Doctor :   The most common complications are frontal lobe abscess, meningitis, subdural empymea (pus cysts) etc
Doctor :   All of the above are treatable
User :   ok
Doctor :   and if the problems are not taken care of in time, then this results in more complication like coma
Doctor :   which is also treatable
User :   will he come out of it
Doctor :   Well I cannot be specific about your friend, but coma is treatable
User :   am so worried he may not be the same
User :   i cant stop crying, shaking, just thinking of him
Doctor :   I understand the pain that you are undergoing now
Doctor :   Though here, I shall pray for good
User :   am so helpless
User :   so
User :   he can recover from this
Doctor :   Yeah I hope he is possibly getting the best treatment
