User :   so whats the ideal time for brush?
User :   i think
Doctor :   After eating may be half an hours time you can brush
User :   it should be right after the dinner

Doctor :   There are chances of you regurgitation immediately hence give it 1/2 hrs time
User :   in between meals should be avoided?
Doctor :   Certainly.
User :   regurgitation
User :   i have to check that on wordweb :)
Doctor :   Eating else just brush once lightly
Doctor :   Regurgitation is bringing out the food that you have eaten
User :   ok....
User :   and is it ok to just gargle after lunch
