User :   There is some virus going around my son's school. Fever for 4+ days in a row, and then resperatory or other infection following. My son seems to have the same, but this morning he woke up crying saying his legs hurt too much to walk on. Is this possibly residual pain from the fever? Or should I be worried something more serious? He has been switch dosing Tylenol and Ibuprofin for three days.
