User :   he is constipated
Doctor :   does he have any cold , cough, fever, rhnitis ?
User :   he has a fever that is about it'

Doctor :   Panadol would be fine , but any fever exceeding 3 days
Doctor :   requires investigations to be done to rule out anything major.
User :   ok then, thank you very much, at what stage should i take him hospital if it exceeds 40 ?

User :   yeh he is fine he has just been nagging alot and wants to be held at all times

User :   no his skin seems to be fine
