User:I am feeling kind of tired and sleepy by this time in the evening from past few days.. i am having good sleep at night...
User:eyes are kind of strained and pains a bit
Doctor:It seems like you are getting exhausted

User:yes, i am actually having fruit salad and juice in the evening time(at 5PM) every day
