Doctor:I am a Internist , Practicing XXXXXXX medicine
Doctor:How can I help you ?
User:I am feeling stiffness near my ear i.e. jaw (both side of my face) and left side of my neck (front)
Doctor:May i know your age, height , weight, and duration of the complaint ?

Doctor:Any other issues, like fever, cough, chest pain, shortness of breath, enlarged nodes, pain on pressing anywhere ?

Doctor:most likely you may be having a inflammatory change, due to common cold or bacterial infection , and may be in the initial stages
Doctor:The best way to deal with cough, is to try Vit C lozenges , 3-4 times a day , Saline gargles 3-4 times a day and steam inhalation
Doctor:use the steam from a hot shower or from a bowl of hot water to relieve the chest congestion
