User :   Hello,I am really worried for my fiancĂ©. He feels really dizzy and light headed . He went to the bathroom a few hours ago and found blood in his faeces. Now he feels really weak and a little discomfort in his abdomen.

Doctor :   the most common causes in him could be anal fissures which can cause pain on defecation

User :   do you think it can wait until tomorrow ? I wanted him to go tonight to get it checked at hospital but he wants to wait until tomorrow

User :   is a good idea to not have anything to eat but only fluids until the doctor get him checked ?
Doctor :   but if the bleeding is very severe and continuous , then he should go to the ER soon , to avoid excess bleeding and hypotensive shock
Doctor :   no, he can have , soft diet and fruits like papaya, banana, soups, etc

User :   should he put some heated pad on his abdomen ?

User :   when I left him on phone he told me that he just wanted to sleep, should I let him do so ?

Doctor :   but you can call him regularly, so that everything is fine, and ask him to call a friend or relative to his place

User :   yes I did, but it seems it is not convenient for them, then I am afraid to worry him and to keep him in a constant state of stress if I call too many times
